Jack Zheng is an international business executive and consultant who came to the U.S. alone at 19 and built a successful career through determination and cross-cultural expertise. A Rutgers MBA, he has held leadership roles at Sears, Midea, and Emerson, and now leads global appliance and HVAC product sourcing for U.S. distributors, retail chains, and importers. 

Liam is a results-driven sourcing and supply chain professional based in Asia with hands-on factory production experience. He specializes in optimizing procurement, developing private label programs, and managing end-to-end supply chains to help U.S. distributors, retailers, and importers improve competitiveness, reduce costs, and increase profitability. 

Jonathan is a seasoned entrepreneur with ventures spanning real estate, retail, and distribution. He owns Golden Opportunity Inc. a trusted distributor of appliances and electronics to independent and family-owned stores across the Tri-State area. In 2025, he joined Pallas Consulting as a Relationship Manager, where he advises clients on sourcing high-quality products from Asia.

Phil is an experienced buying and supply professional specializing in consumer electronics, housewares, and hardware. He has a strong track record in identifying suppliers, negotiating pricing, and managing product flow from factory to shelf. Phil has worked with mass merchants, independents, distributors, and specialty retailers across multiple sales channels.
